Parts of Southhaven are still good... especially towards Hernando. My house is east of Olive Branch near Byhalia.
Most of the Memphis bs stays north of the Tennessee line. Cause the Mississippi troopers and local sherrifs don't frick around. That's a good thing.

269 is great, I can be anywhere between Hernando and Germantown in about 1/2 hour to 40 minutes. If I'm not going to an appointment, or going to the hangars to work, I stay out of Memphis. Collierville and Germantown are the only options I'll even consider.
