Since everything he said is demonstrably false, no, he isn't right.

He's simply creating drama to draw attention to himself. Gonna be mildly amusing to watch him do it more and more as he fails on the field.

IIRC, some reporter was lambasted when she called Nick Saban "Nick" before the national title game, so I see where Sanders is coming from.

Kindly provide a link, or this is B.S. I've never heard Saban give a rat's arse about being called "Nick." Happens all the time.

he might be right but he's been more well known as deion for 30 plus years and his reaction makes him come off as childish and overly emotional

Jackson State football coach Deion Sanders and second-year coach demanded that reporters shouldn't call him by his first name before walking out of a SWAC Media Day event at the Sheraton-Birmingham on Tuesday.

"You don't call Nick Saban, 'Nick.' Don't call me Deion," Sanders told Nick Suss from the Clarion Ledger.

"If you call Nick (Saban), Nick, you'll get cussed out on the spot, so don't do that to me," Sanders later added. "Treat me like Nick."

Sanders, who went 4-3 in his first year as college coach, walked out after being referred to by his first name a second time.

"They call me Mr. Tibbs." He was in Mississippi too.

F**k em. I’m 64..they have no right to tell me how to address them. I don’t work for them, I don’t owe them money. I don’t play for them. Pompous assholes.

Oh, I don't know.

Maybe the fact that he's never coached a down of football at any level above a high school cup of coffee and women's basketball?

He's got a history demonstrating narcissistic behavior?

His previous ventures in leadership positions have ended in failure to fraud and mismanagement?

Now that you mention it, yeah, he's bound to succeed.

I don’t think alters that cry about a single poster’s political views in just about every post should be calling anyone a “snowflake”.
