Because Alabama hasn't played anyone worth a shite OOC since 2016, and have played Tennessee and Kentucky, Vandy, Mizzou, and USCe from the East each year since.
And before you reply with, "But, but, but Alabama has no control over its SEC slate!1!" Think about who is demanding Alabama play Tennessee every year.
I'm not sure who you think you can convince that Alabama's schedule hasn't sucked for the past few years.

Look at when those OOC games were scheduled. Not Bama's fault some of them fell off a cliff. This year no one wanted to play us. At least Duke had the stones.

I just love the fact that the only people that complain about Alabama’s schedule just so happen to be the beta male poster children in BR that haven’t actually beaten the same team they’ve been complaining about since 2011.
