2. Blackened Catfish topped with lump crab meat

2. Shrimp or Crawfish Boil w new potatoes, garlic, onions, sausage

3. Seafood Gumbo
3. Chicken and Sausage Gumbo
3. Seafood Jambalaya
3. Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

4. Red (Kidney) Beans and Rice with Ham/Sausage
4. Cornbread/Hush Puppies/Biscuits
4. Black-Eyed Peas and Pork Loin
4. Cochon De Lait

5. Chicken Fried Steak w BROWN gravy :)
5. Grilled and thinly sliced venison sausage (perfect for tailgating)

Do SEC schools have duck at their tailgates? We do duckbombs, pieces of fresh duck breast, cut a sliver and add cream cheese/ jalapeños then wrap with bacon and slap on the grill. Obviously during duck season but they’re great.
