Why do shitty black coaches always have a race problem? If croom was worth his salt, he’d still be employed.

Those guys get fired too. 14 SEC coaches have been fired in 5 years.

Yeah and their retort would be "they can fire us too".

My point is your initial stance that they aren't good isn't valid because only a handful actually are good.

There are many new hires who will now have to prove they can be good on this level. The defense of a black coach would be the opportunity they were given.

I'm making perfect sense. You can use "they aren't good" as a rationalization when probably half of the coaches in the league aren't that good.

I listed every coach in the league for you. I'd like you to find 7 that "aren't good"

An SEC school would have hired Mel Tucker, but Michigan State jumped in and offered 95 million dollars and shut that down. No one was matching that.

And James Franklin got poached.

They need to just mandate that all predominantly black teams must have a black head coach, then I can walk away from college football like I did the NFL.

When a demographic continues to exemplify a stereotype through their actions(unprecedented violence, continuously admitting inferiority through their own actions of wanting everything given to them instead of earning it, etc) is it the fault of those that believe the stereotype or those that continue to give it credence through their own actions?
Having said that it doesn't make the stereotypes any more truthful but stereotypes are there because of precedent. I'll put it into terms you understand. You feel every white person that voted for Trump is one of those "MAGA thugs" or racist when it couldn't be further from the truth. Yet the stereotype is there because of a few precedents(much fewer than the media would have you believe). There are so few that fit the stereotype that the media makes them up to push the narrative.
Blacks set the precedent for the inferiority stereotype and continue to through their current actions. It won't and can't be changed until they change it. Good luck. Can't erase history because the truth doesn't fit your narrative.(though attempts are constantly being made) Throughout history blacks have always been considered inferior. They've made great strides in that area yet continue with an inferiority complex. When are we expecting that to change? How much more time do they need? It's been 60 years since the civil rights movement and still the stereotype remains. Again, is that our fault or their own? True equality isnt begged for it is understood and earned through work not handouts. When the bar of acceptance is continuously lowered to fit a certain group in that is not equality. In fact it is the opposite of it

One black head coach would be 7 percent. But some people act like if one is coach is hired the wokes win and the world is ending.

There's not enough white players on each team in the B1G. Is there a problem? Dicrimination? #Equality
