Not sure how the house makes its money though. I am guessing either a flat fee per seat or some kind of membership fee to get through the door.
If it is anything like the ones here in Texas, they charge a membership fee (weekly, monthly, or yearly) and a flat rate per hour which standard is about $13/hr. Sometimes they will run deals like $99 for 9 hrs or give you half off the hour is you play a game they are trying to get more action on such as PLO.

Zuckerberg is a legit blue belt and competed a couple times at white belt. He has been at blue for 3 yrs, so if he kept up with training, he us nearing purple. That means he would beat most on this site in grappling and probably a street fight depending on his level of striking, which seems to be fairly good also.

You could just ignore it and cheer for whomever wears that number.

Hard to compare due to ages, weights, competition experience.
By all accounts Ed O'Neil is an OG with ton of experience and a legit black belt.
Lopez and Hardy compete regularly and are really good.
Brand, MPG, and Kucher are probably all pretty good, but not sure if any have competed.
Keanu is a white belt in that pic, so he is still new.
Jonah seemed like he was talking shite with friends, but unfortunately it is now on the internet. If he is consistently training, he should be decent.
Everyone needs to understand that there are levels to BJJ, even amongst black belts. The belts in general are just a gauge of your overall knowledge, not necessarily that ability to beat all belts below you. Age, weight, strength, and time on the mat play huge factors, not just understanding of positions.
I do crossfit with a guy that is a former NFL defensive lineman. He was thinking about getting his kids in BJJ, so I sent him to my BJJ gym. He tried it out, but was such a large human and strong, couldn't really be moved. So there are limitations in a pure BJJ environment. I wasn't there when he went in, but got a nice picture of him smushing one of our brown belts. He was smiling the whole time.

Is this where we are comparing our ranks and years trained?
No, I was just curious since he posts about it a lot. If you are comparing yourself to others and making a big deal about it, you are missing the point of it all. I've been training 5 years and just got moved to to purple. But at 48, I have no ambitions to be a world champ, just be able to handle myself in situations and learn more.

How many years have you trained and what belt are you?

Not bad for 48, but not shredded. Now show the tatas!

I think we are on the same page about identifying higher intelligence talent and giving them a path to college.
We also waste too much time on BS electives both in and after high school. The goal should be getting kids through while identifying their innate talents and guiding them to the highest level.
I'll have to look into this further since I'm far removed from high school, but I think a lot of trade type classes have gone away due to budget cuts.

I think that still exists today.
It's not like your basic, non-advanced high school path is much different than the past.
