Tuberville now answers for Saban? He must be a shitty OC.

Well, surely LSU is going to win this year.

Tuberville made Ensminger an auxiliary member of the BBQ Bunch. Of course he's going to say things like that.

Hell, he probably still thinks Hugh Nall was a great football mind.

Then Saban should have hired him, why didn't he?

A&M scored 33.7, 27.1, and 35.4 ppg the three years before Ensminger got there.

In his 3 years it was 29.0, 27.2, and 29.2 ppg.

Tubs is just crowing for SE b/c he was the DC in that 10-0-1 year.

Bebe is a damn top recruiter, a think one national award as national recruiter of the year once. He promised to hire top quality coordinators and let them do their jobs.

He hired two top guys as promised and then pulled a Miles on offense in Troy State game, then fired him afte the season and replaced with 72 year old TE coach good ole boy.

Miles was not fired for getting beat by Saban like all you gumps think, but lying to the administration and fans about changing the offensive system. Also, why he hasn’t gotten any good offers. Even Saban changed his offense to match the rules, and times. Miles stubbornness and deceit did him in.

Bebe is acting like Miles 2.0

Only the vehemently vocal minority did this. Most that hated the hire have simply lowered their voices because yelling is tiresome and makes the throat sore.

I'll say this for the guy.... I don't know of anyone else who has been able to leverage College level employment into High School level employment as many times as he has.

No Tommy, we only have 5 national titles under Saban, not 6. Yet.

Serious question: y'all ever wonder whether ex-coaches hold grudges against former rivals in this more mercenary era of coaching? Say, Tubs needling Bama or Shula hoping that Auburn loses even in games against teams other than Bama? Some coaches grow up fans, or have become fans, of their university, like O and LSU, but it would be intriguing to see if Saban still actively pulls for Bama after he retires or if Richt is secretly bitter about UGA despite his lengthy tenure there.

Stop me if you've heard this before: it all comes down to LSU'S QB play.

You could say that about most teams.

Although I'm not sure it's true in the case of LSU as Danny Etling was not a terrible QB and we see how this season played out.

A few may have but not most of us. Most of us were highly disappointed in that hire,
