As Alabama’s head coach he is a collective 38-11 against Auburn, LSU, and Tennessee but please continue this narrative

Yet was 1-2 vs them last year.

And Auburn just hired a head coach who gave Saban issues.

You're only as good as your last game.

Why you bammers gotta live in the past? He is 0-1 against them.

Losing to teams that shitty was so embarrassing and indicative of serious issues that it caused Saban to get rid of both coordinators.

Good thing we get to another shot in 2023. And have two of the three at home.

A better recruiter than Gus for sure, but I’m not convinced the offense Freeze runs is as formidable as it was in 2012-2016. Everyone is running some variations of that offense these days.

It's obvious that ABC/ESPN is pushing the SEC for Alabama-LSU but that so-called "rivalry" only remains compelling while Saban is in Tuscaloosa. As soon as he retires, it goes back to just being a typical SEC game that no one really looked forward to until 2007.

I remember from the mid to late 90s through the early 2000s, LSU & Auburn were far more of a bigger rivalry than LSU & Bama.

this format is just something somebody at the SEC has thrown out. All this will be voted on by the schools and then finalized. Bama will not have 3 top 10 opponents and somebody else gets Ole Miss State and Vandy

This is way too premature and Bama and LSU wont be a yearly fixture.

Rumor in Starkville is Ole Miss, Texas A&M and Kentucky for State. Sign me up.

A&M isn’t getting Texas, are they?

Our most likely 3 will be: A&M, Ole Miss, and Mississippi State

A&M, Ole Miss, and Alabama will be the three, but I hate that we’ll lose auburn and Florida every year.

Would love to replace A&M with either Auburn or UF.

It probably will as it’s the single most valuable SEC game

How do you explain this as anything other than Saban complaining the proposed Bama opponents are too good?

Has more to do with the other teams (like LSU) getting 2 games that are easier

How many times in the last 15 yrs have LSU fans whined about cross-division rivalries and cried about Bama playing UT?

And now Bama is crying about the new arrangement. Funny how things change.

It’s not about strength of schedule. It’s about money.

LSU and Bama is consistently one of the most viewed games every year. The SEC and networks aren’t going to pass that up. You were stuck with auburn and UT either way.

Frock the most cheating POS program in all of history

Let somebody else have to play the cheaters every year

I’ll take Florida Auburn and Ole Miss

Would also consider one of Texas, A&M, Oklahoma

Ole Miss needs to be on our yearly schedule

Personally I want Auburn, Tenner, and LSU, but let’s don’t act like LSU didn’t cry like little girls for “decades” over 1 game, Florida.

I want to play LSU every year. Alabama wins that one 75 plus percent of the time.

Dellinger confirms that State's three perms are Kentucky, Ole Miss, and A&M. Sorry aggies, you still have to deal with daddy.

Ole Miss gets to drop Vanderbilt. Their three perms are State, Arkansas, and LSU.
