Which offense are we running? I think Hurts would be damn good in that Malzahn offense Marshall played in

Nick Marshall would win NC at Alabama every year he started.

Auburn sucks.

This reads like a First Take or Undisputed question, I'd select Marshall because his ability to improvise and run that Malzahn spread attack was phenomenal and prodigious plus he had a cannon for an arm with that Georgia Hail Mary, remember where I was when it happened haha

Nick Marshall once completed a pass to himself and took it 37 yards. Jalen Hurts can't complete a pass 20 yards downfield

And Marshall became a pretty good passer in 2014

2532 yards, 60.3%, 20 TD, 7 INT

Marshall, but not because Jalen is bad. Marshall was just electic running the ball.

Jalen Hurts has beaten every SEC team. Yet you guys persist in ignorance.

Marshall. Not as strong but was faster and threw a great deep ball

No he hasn't, Bama didn't play all 14 SEC teams the past 2 seasons

Also, Jalen doesn't really get the W vs UGA

Marshall had an extremely underrated power game. In particular, he was exceptional at breaking form wrap & roll tackles by spinning with the roll and using power to not get dragged down

Honestly, I still have no F'ing clue how he possibly did it but it Marshall pulled it off multiple times

May be blasphemy as an AU fan, but Marshall breaking free from sure fire wrap &roll tackles is as impressive as any Cam Newton heroic
