All i hear is a lot of denying and whining from you guys. Heupel has assembled the 9th ranked class so far for 2023 and hasn't even really started yet. And you guys think our 7th ranked nationally offense was potent with a bunch of second and third stringers starting last year?

The SEC and college football hasn't seen nothing yet. This is just like when Urban Meyer broke into the scene at UF with his then vaunted spread offense minus all of the cheating and drama ofcourse. Heupel will single handedly change the way offense is played once again at this level.

Heard it. Soo many times. Last I heard UGA was at least a 15 point favorite. What’s going to be fun is seeing the UT hillbillies getting a hard dose of reality.

How did you guys lose in back to back years to that guy?

Maybe we should just ignore this UT hillbilly. It’s the same old song they play every off season. And we all know what happens when the games begin. We should probably feel sorry for them. They are so starved for success they are willing to believe anything the Butch Jones and his like tell them. Sad

He’s the best coach you had since Fulmer. Doesn’t seem to matter who dresses up as the head traffic cone, 9-4 is your ceiling now.

The state of Tennessee producing more talent should definitely benefit us in the years to come.

Athens is the #1 college town in the entire country. And that’s not just the Georgia fans opinion. It’s been rated #1 time and time again.
Knoxville is a crime ridden dirty backwater mess of a town populated by toothless mustard bottle throwing hill billies wearing puke orange.

Didn't ucf get worse every year under him? He was also let go from OU and their offense saw immediate success.

Once you get off campus it quickly turns into a scene from Deliverance. Just saying the irony of someone out of north Georgia calling people hillbillies is pretty fricking hilarious and shows the amount of self awareness of a borderline retard. No offense.

Athens is an off the beaten path backwoods town. Knoxville is a city hub. Not really comparable. Y’all need to give up on trying to steal our water too btw.

How would this not be a candidate to go on the "Recruiting Board?" Or maybe the Tennessee board?

Heupel is picking and choosing. Tells you had bad the previous coaching staffs really were:

Of the top 10 recruits in the state of Tennessee...here is the breakdown.

Tennessee-1
OSU-1
Kentucky-1
Arkansas-1
FSU-1
Pitt-1
Ole Miss-1

3 players unsigned with one of those with a 100% Crystal Ball to Ole Miss.

Ole Miss could end up with more top 10 recruits from the state of Tennessee than Tennessee.

Locking it down!

Serious question.

Who was the recruit from TN that claimed UT gave him the biggest offer (by far) but went else where?

Did I imagine this?

Did not see the Vols play last season, what did Heupel do offensively compared to say LSU 2019 or other high octane teams. Coaching along with offensive philosophy is important but can bring a team so far, LSU's 2019 offense had the top SEC OL, Heisman QB, 3 NFL receiver's, great RB and a host of support to back them up.

Happy to see the Vol's on the upswing, great football tradition.
