There is literally a Truman the tiger taking a bong rip picture and this is what you come up with?

Truman seems triggered and is not good with fragile trophies

Weedy seems way more relaxed and probably won't soil the furniture.

That tiger looks like it was picked up on liquidation sale when a Halloween shop went out of business.

Id assume it’s not the actual Truman but I really don’t know.

Been some tough years on the gridiron and it was hard on the mascot.

What do you expect a stoned mascot to look like?

Let's not act like the genuine article looks any different.

Truman is a lot more intimidating if you imagine him holding a chainsaw in one hand and a severed jayhawk head in the other. That was his original intended purpose.

Complimentary bags and rolling papers will be provided to every opposing player and coach prior to each home game. You're welcome.

He looks hapless, hopeless, and homeless.

Truman lives in a room with concrete block walls and a stained couch? Y’all need to upgrade his habitat.

He's an SEC Poor's mascot. He'll take what he can get.

I am sensing some hatred between Missouri and Kansas.

Never particularly cared for Truman.

Of course, I can say the same about Fredbird (STL Cardinal mascot), the San Diego Chicken who seemed to initiate or at least popularize the MLB mascots thing or really any cartoon mascots.

So even though not my cup of tea, he has finished first in the nation two more times than the MU football team:

2004: Best in the nation
Since the ’80s, Truman’s popularity has continued to grow. He was first acclaimed the “Best Mascot in the Nation” in 2004 and repeated the honor in 2014. In a typical year, Truman makes more than 400 appearances, including those at MU football and basketball games, hospitals, schools, community events and campus gatherings.
