Dude, Duke fans were well within driving distance of Greenville. It's not like they had to fly across the country. 2 hours for USC fans, 3 hours for Duke fans and your bitching? Why are you blaming USC and UNC fans for buying up tickets when Duke fans could have done the same thing? This is a horrible excuse. The basket is still 10 feet, the court is still 94 feet long. Ya'll played with the same basketball.
The NCAA tourney committee has said that they are only protecting the #1 overall seed as far as venue. They can't cater to every 1, 2, 3 and 4 seed. Especially when your state went retard with the stupid bathroom bill. You get what you deserve. Don't expect any sympathy from anyone here as we've seen Duke too many times get preferential treatment from the refs and the venues.

The site was supposed to be in Greensboro but the NCAA moved it bc of politics. The site was moved to Greenville, SC not to accommodate us, but rather UNC and Duke, as Greenville is 3.5 hours (at most) from the site. We can't help it Duke is a Yankee private school whose fanbase and alumni base are up north or out west.

sweet 16 in 97. lost to a good Minnesota team with Bobby Jackson. it was a close game, might have gone to overtime.
Clemson's never be able to play in SC as a low seed though. would love for them to play games in Greenville and benefit from that.
we had to play at Duke and on neutral floor this year.
getting to sweet sixteen is no accomplishment. the accomplishment is winning the title.
the truth is SC is likely to be blown out at some point.

A little bit worse than Duke's defense, I guess. But Marquette's defense was bad all season long, they had to out-score their opponents more often than not....
I saw where the 65 points we scored in the 2nd half were the most ever allowed in one half by a Duke team coached by Mike Krzyzewski....

That was the commitee's way of fixing the major frickup from last season. And NC's fault for their bathroom laws. Joke's on NC...well Duke really for being in NC.
