Honestly, it could be worse for bama. Kept it within 10. Gotta ome out, stay close early in the second and try to stress them down the stretch.

Flagg, the sweatiest dude in college basketball, didn't even break a sweat in that half.

True. He wasn't much of a factor.

Bama doesn’t belong in the elite 8.

Alabama, a self-proclaimed basketball school, is entering reality.

Down by 9 at halftime isn't bad considering how the game started.

We are extremely lucky to go to the half down single digits. Duke hasn’t quite put us away which is dangerous against a team that can score like Bama.

Mark Sears looks like Jalen Brunson if Jalen Brunson’s parents were from Rainsville, Alabama

Team stats are pretty much dead even in every category except points in the paint. Duke leads 24-16 in that category.

Duke getting way too much easy stuff at the rim.

Duke is obviously good and unfortunately think they are a bad matchup for Bama, but their efficiency numbers are inflated due to how bad the ACC is. Calling the ACC a power conference this year is a bit of a stretch. UF vs. Duke would be a great matchup or even an AU rematch on a neutral court, but I’m hoping they try to run with Bama tonight and their shooters including Flagg lose their shooting legs.

Well, the Duke is good and they are a bad matchup for Bama part is correct, unfortunately we’ve been so bad that Flagg and others have gotten plenty of rest so the losing their shooting legs isn’t likely. We could beat AU or UH, but FL and Duke are really bad matchups for us.

Bama has had more shot attempts than Duke and is just missing. Duke isn't stopping what Bama wants to do. Bama just isn't finishing.

Yep. The sad part is Duke made plenty enough mistakes for Bama to keep this close or build a lead. Not a good sign for Bama that Duke has a lot of turnovers and is still up by 9.

Turning point of the game was where we fricked up the inbound down 4 and they took the lead back up to 11

Disagree. Duke is defending extremely well and our offense has yet to settle into a rhythm.

We're just whiffing on our shots.

Duke is shutting down our pick and rolls. Our guards aren’t mid range shooters and they are completely taking away the roll passes to the big men.

Also Sears picks his dribble up a lot on drives with no plan so if no one is open it’s an automatic turnover

The hope isn't so much them getting tired physically, but for bama to keep the game close and make it a fight late. Duke hasn't played many close games, particularly of late. Keep it close, and put them under pressure in the final 4-6 minutes of the game.
