They play State and Ole Miss like it's the 7th game of the World Series. We split with them this year. Lost 7-6 at their place because of a ground rule double. Run ruled them 12-0 in Starkville. We are 8-7 against them the last 10 years. This includes us coming through the loser's bracket in 2017 to beat them twice and win their regional. Then in 2018, they swept us at their place. Our idiot coach, Cannizzaro, was on the phone in the dugout during the games texting and calling his mistress, the football secretary, who was also supposedly screwing Dan Mullen who took her with him when he left to go to Florida. We fired Cannizzaro the next week and ended up in the CWS. Good times.
