And for the 2nd year in a row the supposed #1 amateur player in the world shits himself in match play costing Tech another shot at a National title. Such a GT thing to do. Auburn probably beats free shoes U for the title tomorrow.

First time Auburn will play for a national title in any sport other than equestrian since 2022 (gymnastics). And prior to that was softball in 2016I believe.

Does anyone know the process for picking the individual pairings? Each coach just submits 1-5?

I am really not sure if it’s that way, or the coaches do it one at a time.

Pretty sure it is alternating choice. FSU puts golfer in slot 1, AU decides who they want to matchup against that player. AU puts golfer in slot 2, FSU decides who they want to matchup against that player. It alternates until all 5 matches are filled. Think the highest seed chooses first, but not sure if it's that or a coin flip
