FYI, the NCAA isn't a court of law and can pretty much use any evidence they want.

NCAA basketball is a seedy sport. I don't believe for a second that Duke and UK are clean in this. One and done has ruined the sport anyway.

Hopefully, the schools can work this out with the NCAA. Maybe they will make them a strong arse settlement offer.

I been on here telling people the AU situation is over and has been for over a year. The only thing that could change that would be if new evidence surfaced.

This is click bait with saying "sources tell ESPN". The source regarding Auburn is Auburn. Auburn publicly stated months ago that they expect a formal NOI related to Pearson.
The only new thing in the article is that the NCAA is slowing the process down to prevent a backlog.

FYI, they can use any evidence they have. They don't have the tapes. The FBI isn't releasing them
