In the court of law and in the NCAA investigation there is no wiretap. They were not admitted and the judge will not allow the NCAA to access them. So yes the NCAA has nothing.

Not true, they have a target. It’s now indisputable that Wade bought players, so all they need is one weak link to crack and give evidence.
