ATHENS, Ga. - The second ranked Alabama softball team secured its seventh straight series victory over No. 13 Georgia with a 6-4 win Saturday afternoon at Jack Turner Stadium. With the victory, the Crimson Tide improves to 42-4 overall and 19-3 in Southeastern Conference play. The Bulldogs drop to 35-12 on the year and 13-9 in league action.

I hope you and Cappy realize how incredibly attractive it is to have the male supporters of Alabama embrace the enthusiasm for gymnastics and softball.
No girl wants to be around guys who are always worried about looking ghey to their friends. It's incredibly unattractive.

Eventually they'll grow up and realize that there's no need to try to impress people they've never met and will also realize that the people they hang out with now, will have absolutely no influence on their lives down the road, the women, however will, whether girlfriends, wives or daughters. I can certainly appreciate the effort these young women put into their sport and appreciate the athletic ability it takes. I sure as hell couldn't do it. I could get tackled and luck up and make a tackle on a Div 1 FB player, even at my old age. I couldn't however, even do a flip like those girls without ending up in a body cast.

Outside of football and basketball, I probably enjoyed going to gymnastics meets and softball games as much as any sport. But I just love any Alabama related. I went to women's soccer, basketball, track and field, etc.

I have faith in our Softball team this year. I have faith every year, but I think we got it this year.

In addition to what you've said, which I agree with, I've never understood why men are worried about looking gay to other guys when it's the girls they should be proving their masculinity to. I mean, what good is it if a bunch of dudes thinks you are manly when girls see right through it and think you are insecure?

There's nothing ghey about men watching gymnastics. So it baffles me when I catch the "man card" shite. Are women that watch football lesbians? No. Same basic concept here. Those girls are incredible athletes and I would love to see anyone that criticizes it to try some of the things they do.
