So why is the spring any different?

They are hoping to have a vaccine by the end of 2020.

They are starting to realize that even though you beat it, and may even show very little symptoms, this virus can have long term affects on the lungs and heart.

Isn't it too early to cancel or postpone? I would wait. The numbers could go down nation wide by the end of August.

Would be silly to cancel now, and then the numbers go down, no?

Didn't Dr Fauci say it may only be 50-60% effective?

That's still good enough to curtail the spread (depending on how long immunity lasts). Most current flu vaccines have that same batting average.

With school in session?

Good luck.

After baseball and basketball opened

Then this happened

//////

What could have prompted such a precipitous drop? Well, it probably was the total disrespect for the United States of America and the fact that both leagues showed partisan support for the Marxist, anti-racist (meaning either you’re with us or you’re a racist) Black Lives Matter movement.

The Sec football will drop much more for not firing sabah for his promoting the democrat harm

no, he and his coworkers are very vocal about it, just don't use his name

Just spoke to a MAC assistant coach. He said that teams have already begun to attempt to poach the top players on their roster. Such is the reality of the MAC's decision. "There's going to be a lot of unintended consequences," he said.

Hate to tell you, but a lot of SEC head coaches are democrats, as are university presidents.

We’ll have 300k deaths by December, be nowhere close to herd immunity, and people will still be delaying things thinking it will get better eventually - or worse, ignoring it entirely.

Do you even look at the data? We will have no where near 300k deaths....this thing follows the same curve everywhere....we've hit the downslope...things will look much much better in short order

That is not evidence we are on the downslope, only a downslope. There is a massive difference.

I would take the Oxford University vaccine today if it were available outside of the challenge trial. I have much less confidence in the other vaccines because they were rushed into being.
