Well, despite getting absolutely mauled today, I think the Alabama players have a lot to be proud of. Hat’s off to them for not just packing it in. And the post Bohannon part of the season was fun to watch.

Embrace debate: winning a SR absolutely qualifies as a dog pile game.

Dog pile eligible: tourney ‘ship, SR, natty

Texas only dogpiles in Omaha, but I can understand why others wouldn’t want to do that..

eta: There is still a lot to play for.. and players do get hurt occasionally in a dog pile. But to each their own.

thinking out loud, how long do these hideous fake fields last before having to be replaced with more carpet?

Wake forest probably has the best chance of any #1 seed to win it all in recent memory. They are damn good

Good for TX. Everyone else dog piles when they clinch a birth in Omaha and there’s nothing wrong with it. It’s akin to cutting nets down after clinching a final four birth.

It won’t happen even if everyone wants to see it. Skenes will pitch the first game. Win two and get to semis. It’s a great strategy since Hurd and others have stepped up if Floyd starts slow.

I actually think Florida has the best path. Wake and LSU in other side is the gauntlet.

I don't see the coach who refused to pitch off against Tulane at home suddenly coming around against USM or UT in Omaha.

I know he won’t do it but man I’d love to shut them down , for sure. I don’t care how good you are, if you’re a college team you will have, at least, some trouble with skenes
