Their turf is blinding, and the gold faux dirt doesn’t help

Lightning was apparently just “detected” in BR, saying we’ve got a delay

Have talked with 2 former umpires this morning. Received clarification on how the obstruction call was handled last night on ball hit by Wimmer. Not going to make you feel any better about it. We’ll discuss on the

Greetings from Gainesville, where with 1:45 before first pitch, a fan has been ejected for yelling at Talmadge LeCroy that he "(expletive) sucks."

He was hustled out before I could ask him if he ever stopped drinking from last night.

smart $$$ says it's the 47 year old bald guy (lower middle) sitting next to his manly wife. tv production had fun showing all his childish actions throughout the game last night

Let me know if he starts whistling and I will personally whip his arse.

we had a dude I think in the 2014 regional vs Maryland at Founders right behind home plate who couldn't stay in his seat at all for the first 6 innings of the game - on every ball Blue called on MD hitters - Gamecock fans on social media torched him so bad he got up and left between innings never to be seen again. it appeared his lady friend/wife was getting texts and got completely embarrassed and left him to sit by himself too.

eta - Gamecock radio currently giving a pbp on UF grounds crew who are struggling/battling the tarp trying to get it untangled/unrolled from its pipe - still being wet from last night - fans already inside the ballpark just gave a standing ovation to the crew - tarp is now free and able to be used

Ridiculous. There are clear skies and nothing on the radar. These umps are out of control with the weather delays.

Yeah I don’t think the powers that be have a firm grasp on how weather in the gulf works this time of year.

If they are waiting for no lightning to be “detected” in a 30 mile radius for a 30 minute time period in South Louisiana, we might have to wait until October to get this one in.

Lowder’s pitch count has exploded this inning. Big inning for Bama.

Tigers doing everything they can to prevent this game from starting so they don’t have to burn Skenes for the inevitable weather delay.
