Crazy that team made a regional. Because yeah we beat them 26-4 and 13-0 earlier this year. However, they did take LSU to the 9th in the regionals in Eugene in 2021.

you have to think regardless of the outcome that is a silly move. You gotta believe you can beat the worst team in tournament history with your #3 or heck really your midweek guy. Throwing the ace seems not smart. unless they have him on a low pitch count

Wake Forest's field is artificial everything.
I don't ever recall seeing a black pitcher's mound.
It looks like the field would be scorching hot in the summer.
