Rider showing some grit. Went right back up in the 10th after blowing the lead in the 9th. Coastal on the back foot again.

Maybe auburn should have started their ace like us. Even though he pitched good, it would have been nice for them to have a guy come in and pitch the whole game or close to it. Then they may have won and saved arms.
I’m starting to understand that it wasn’t the worst idea to start skenes and let him go the whole game so we have the whole pen. Now we’re on schedule for the supers if we make them . I mean all our starters will be able to pitch then rest the normal amount for next weekend.
Our coach literally said that he did it because we plan on winning the regional and we want to be on achedule next week. So he wasn’t playing like he was scared of Tulane, if anything he’s being too confident

Question for our few bammers here . Has the nicholls pitcher look as good as advertised? We will be looking on the portal for pitchers, big time.
I hate Tommy John because they’re always down for over a year. We will need more guys for next year . We’ve had 3 tj guys and only one will have much of a shot to pitch next year and that’s if he stays
