It looked up to me but what do I know. Zones have been all over the place this year. Vary day to day. I guess it depends on if he’s been calling that pitch a strike all day.

He knows the rules he’s just trolling. I don’t recall verbatim, but team personnel are allowed in the area which never made sense to me.
