Oregon had a game plan for Prager but they have absolutely no answer for Cortez.

A&M with the win in game 1.

This is an exaggeration, but having to pitch Prager and Cortez and Ash AND (most importantly) losing Braden, it feels a little like winning the Alamo

I knew today was going to be wacky after all 4 hosts won yesterday.

Glad we got our victory.

Hey Hugh, the Mexicans won the Alamo.

Not really. Ash can go tomorrow if we absolutely need him. We have plenty of pitching left.

That's kind of the whole point of the metaphor. Costly victory.

We are fine. We are not in a bad position.

Yeah but Aggies took care of business and won. Made Ducks burn through a lot more pitchers than we did.

Aschenbeck didn't pitch much (22) and Prager could pitch in game 3 if there is one.
