It kind of went in reverse order. Our best pitcher (Pilkington) who has struggled down the stretch pitched poorly on Friday and everybody behind him did as well. But after Macnamee's bomb on Saturday, I think everybody just got a new life and then the mo was on our side and we rode the wave the rest of the way.

he's their closer/long relief guy. he hadn't started a game all year before today. he's their best pitcher, not their "ace" starter
