I cant get behind Schloss on this. A&M provides one of the best baseball game atmospheres in the nation with their crowd and they have money.
Texas might offer more money but at some point the extra money is just for pigs.
I cant figure out how the A&M AD blew this.

The baseball team parents are all over his arse on Twitter. TA reporter asked the question to see how he would respond. Not only did he OUTRIGHT LIE to the reporter he called him down for asking the question.
He’s a PoS, and I doubt many of the players follow him.

A&M wasn’t even given a chance to counter. He accepted the job as a handshake deal back in late April. Vitello knew about it and even said that Schloss was going to Texas in a PC.

This whole time I thought his calling the question selfish was to a Longhorn reporter who asked the question. Thinking it was out of line.
I just realized it was a Texags reporter who asked. A&M fans deserve to know, and deserve better than that jerk response.

Some of us can dunk on A&M and laugh at them while also see that Schloss and Texas are pieces of shite.
Schloss ran up that rumor about Arkansas (and our terrible offense) back mid season. We already knew he was a lying POS. Ags took it and ran. So we’re running it back (not in the way they’d like it though, obviously).
However, we’ve dealt with Texas plenty enough in the past to know they’re a shite sipping university that is cancer to everything and every conference they touch.
Texas is Aggies daddy. But we know we’ve been Texas’ daddy for more than 30 years now. I’m sure that’ll change soon. But for now, I’m going to take every shot I can until that changes.
Point is that whole state sucks. You OG guys can hate on conference expansion all you want. But Arkansas and USCe ASSIMILATED. We joined the SEC and have been competitive in most sports for several years (obviously some years better than others). We have brought pride to the conference. TAMU and Mizzou never did. And Texas won’t either. They expect you all to assimilate to them. And you’ll see that for yourself soon enough. Peak SEC was the 12 teams before TAMU and Mizzou came in. And it won’t get any better now with the further additions.

Why the frick would we want to assimilate? We have our own identity and we prefer it to yours. That doesn't mean we don't respect you guys.
But we aren't assimilators. A&M certainly wanted to assimilate, but we're different in that respect.
We respect the competition. We've been doing our own thing for a while not and we will compete on even terms, but we're not going to "assimilate".
