So UF is going all Disney? I don’t really understand the whole text or the politics but I have similarly cut off nfl from my life and cannot be happier. I really don’t wanna lose college ball I absolutely love all the main 3 college sports but the way nil is going it’s kinda NFL free agency now. Not a lot of no bodies making this team great or that team great like Boise, app st and random Tulane teams back in early 2000s…
I still follow college ball religiously but I can see myself cutting it out if I get fed up enough, not there yet though.

Disney Dawg is a well-know, well-used term in dawg circles. Was more in vogue during late-term Richt era. Hasn’t been much bitching during the past 3 years…up until 2 weeks ago anyway.
If I’m a UF alum I’d feel the same way as OP. Alter or not. Napier got an ‘army’ of support people like he asked for and somehow convinced the powers that the UF rebuild will take longer than rebuilding Europe after WWII. All while compiling a losing record.

Florida used multiple 3rd party agencies, and they all had Napier as no. 1 on their board. You would’ve hated on whoever Florida Hired and you would’ve been correct because the University of Florida is Texas before Sark. National championship or fired. There are too many boosters with too many opinions and too much money to keep their opinions to themselves. Soon there will be “Florida is back” memes. You’re exactly right. Auburn and Texas have had this issue as well. The biggest thing that allowed Texas to turn it around under Sarkisian is that they never fell off in recruiting the way Florida has
