Meh. They are about the same. Campbell performed well one year and sucked the others

Cox did not have the teams Campbell did

And Campbell was obviously much more talented, he spent a decade in the NFL mostly as a starter, even if it was on some of the shittiest teams of the era

I would put N Marshall over both of them

Absolutely, no question

To be fair to Campbell, I remember many beautiful passes going through his receivers hands.

quite true. I mentioned it in another topic not too long ago - DT17 led the SEC in Passing in his only year starting for Carolina -

I'll always love him for that 2012 start @Clemson. I believe that start wasn't announced until the day off because Shaw was either hurt or sick. I was at Clemson that day and I remember just the dread I had when I heard that announcement. He goes on to throw for 300+ yards and 3 TDs on the way to a 10-point win.

Johnny Majors** and Bobby Dodd should be added to UT's list.

**Majors was a single-wing triple-threat tailback.

Didn't we lose to Ole Miss and Eli kn a dropped pass in the endzone? 2003 maybe? I remember it hitting the WR right in the friggin hands.

Hey Michelle.
We're talkin about quarterbacks here! Not what Vols fans typically do on a Saturday night. Watch the ball slingin comments! This is a family restaurant.

Top Vols quarterbacks? My grandmother can throw betta than all of em. Course she's 6'3" - 250! Runs a 4.5 - 40.

I always thought Campbell was better than his overall performance at Auburn might have painted a picture of. Not that he was bad there, but I thought he was legitimately a really talented guy who had some struggles that were out of his control.

His biggest issue was 4 OCs in 4 years. He started with Mazzone in 2001, Petrino in 2002, that unholy duo of Ensminger/Nall in 2003 and Borges came in his senior year and really made things click. I hate that he wasted time behind Daniel Cobb.
