Back in 1994 I went to the LSU vs A&M game with a large group. We flew in to Houston Friday night, stayed at some hotel there, and rode a bus in to College Station for the game. (I thought the stadium was a dump btw.) Needless to say we drank quite heavily. Back then we didn't have cell phones. During the game, the PA announcer said for Bob Smith (forgot the guy's actual name) to contact the stadium officials. We recognized him because he was our group organizer. After the game when we got back to the bus we found out that a guy in our group had been arrested and we had to pick him up at the jail. Turns out he threw up on A&M's sacred grass and was arrested for public intoxication. He used his one phone call to call the stadium looking for the group organizer

I dunno for sure if it was because he threw up on the grass.

It was probably because he was acting intoxicated in public, but that's just a shot in the dark.

Sounds like he was just trying to fertilize some green space. He should be lauded for his environmentally-conscious efforts

I know an Aggie who has most of his yard propagated from a patch of Kyle field grass from some field renovation back in 2013 or so.

LSU fan so way more likely than just a shot in the dark.

Still more exciting ATM football lore:
In 1930 , at a rally , somebody asked a guy named
Pinkie Downs , "what should we do to the
TCU Horned Frogs ?" Pinkie replied , "gig'em".
Get it ? Horned Frogs , frog gigging , gig'em ?
Pinkie Downs displaying his invention, the gig'em sign.

When you started the story, I thought maybe we'd hear something different about an LSU fan. Oh well.

The grass surrounding the Memorial Student Center is considered a living memorial to the nearly 1000 Texas Aggies killed in service to our nation.

TAMU police will look for any reason to throw their weight around and are complete dickheads about it.

The handful of symbolic observances surrounding the Memorial Student Center (MSC) structure and grounds are not designed to be problematic.
Or homosexual.
If that’s not your thing, just avoid the MSC—only one of hundreds of buildings on campus.
