Just my opinion, but you're gonna be pleasantly surprised with the year we have.

It's hard to make any real predictions.
Alabama's offense seemed anemic for most of the game, but it was a first game. The OL certainly has issues and will need time, but is it enough?
A&M's defense certainly was a shite show, but how much can you really say when you give a bunch of freshman a trial by fire against a senior laden team the first game of the year? Our defense isn't going to be great even with the starters back, but we don't need them to be.
On the flip side, both corresponding strengths of each team lived up to their billing. Our offense and their defense are loaded with talent and very likely will feature more NFL prospects on the field at one time than in any other game this year.
I don't see a blowout either way, I see a slugfest.

Bama is going to have to score in the 30's to win. That being said I think they do and win 31-28.

I know Bama lost a lot.Didn't realize Texas A&M had to replace that many starters.
I agree.It will have lots of pre-game coverage starting soon.And it should.Texas A&M is the last Team to beat Bama.So,yeah.It's a big game.

Guys I couldn't get past page three. Do the Bama fans on this board really expect something similar to the 2011 D? I have an uncle who graduated from Bama and he said that 2011 d wouldn't give up 150 yards on the ground to anyone but LSU

I would compare it more to the 09 D. Maybe not as talented as 11 but way more veteran leadership and cohesiveness.
