You're not connecting the dots here bud. A&M has Houston metro in their backyard. Look at Sumlin's classes when they were playing well. Dan Mullen can start stacking together top 10 classes at A&M every year.

Nothing indicates TAMU can recruit Houston, or win. They never have. No one has won there. We call that a pattern. At some point, you have to look at the school.

I feel very confident that Mullen wouldn't make a lateral move like that. Florida might come in and snag him one day though.

I am not arguing that they have more money, or he will retire at MSU. I am just saying it would be a lateral move. I could see him leaving for UTk, or UF with a quickness. Leaving for TAMU would mean a ceiling of 4th best program in the west, which is MSU's.
