A good beatdown Saturday might just be the recipe you are looking for.

I don't think Florida wants to compete with LSU in the coaching market right now. They'll fire a coordinator first, probably Grantham. He's been a popular scapegoat for a couple programs in the past. UGA and Lville come to mind.

Oddly Stricklin was an amazing AD at MSU

Even if UF goes in the tank Mullen gets to coach in 2022. That said Sticklin needs to make some other changes (Mike White should be fired this year if they cant' at least get into the 2nd weekend of the tourney)

I never thought of that but that does make sense. Yeah keep Mullen for another year with the stipulation that Granthem has to go and see what he does next.

Dawg win by 17+ = Merlins underemployed before he gets back to Gainesville.

You hired a guy that betrayed his alma mater and another guy that had a reputation for being a lazy recruiter. Sounds like you kinda should sleep in the bed you made.

If somehow he runs Richardson off with this mess he is as good as gone after next season.

You'd almost have to. Say Corral is a Heisman finalist to go along with AR15 leaving, and you can expect fan interest in 2022 and seeing Dan Mullen lead anything to evaporate.

When the $$$ starts drying up, if Sticklin doesn't make some moves, parties at the greater university are going to start making decisions if history is a guide.

State should hire him back in a heartbeat over the baseball coach AD that's been a failure.

I would not be so sure of that. Florida typically hasn’t historically waited around if they see the writing on the wall.

Stricklin chose to leave State. I don’t particularly care for him to come back and then leave again.

Cohen has done a credible job since he took over. Not necessarily great but not bad either.

Because Foley was no longer AD. Plus the fake death threat crap.
