During spring break Seaside was full of thugs running wild and crime was at an all time high for that area. Some locals stayed up all night just to protect their property from these spring break thugs.

You stated that area was crime free with no out of control partying like Panama City beach. It was basically a perfect garden of eden with not a care in the world.

You blasted me having a condo a block off scenic 98 in Miramar. Turns out Miramar is the safer area.

As much as you keep track of my every post you should know. Calling him out over saying 30A was a perfect crime free area and only broke people stay in regular Destin or Okaloosa island. Which you know nothing about any of these places.

Next they are gonna to the same at Alys Beach next spring break. When Alys Beach is invaded next year 30A reputation will be over.

Those were rich white kids I saw. That makes them hoodlums or rapscallions. Not thugs. Only black kids can be thugs. Keep it straight.

So can we go back to calling it the Redneck Riviera?

Panama City has cracked down on underage drinking, as has other Spring Break destinations, so the ne'er-do-wells had to find some place for their tomfoolery.

Redneck Riviera is Panama City only

From AI:

"Redneck Riviera" is a term of endearment for the Emerald Coast, which is the stretch of beach from Pensacola to Panama City, Florida. The term refers to the strong Southern culture of the area, and is credited to Howell Raines, a New York Times writer. The term "Redneck" originally described country farmers who worked in the fields all day, with their necks turning a bright red color from being exposed above their shirts. In 1983, a contest was held in Fort Walton Beach to rename the area, and Andrew Dier, a junior high school student, won with the name "Emerald Coast".
