Haven't been yet this year due to high school ball and can't go until July due to travel ball. SIGH.
Will be down there the first two weeks in July though, Labor Day weekend Fall break and probably week after Christmas. Thank goodness for my management company.

I was in Rosemary during the week of the eclipse. Everything seemed normal to me. I cycled from Rosemary to Santa Rosa multiple times during the week and didn't see any riff raff.
Miramar is decent, but not better than anywhere on 30A not even Santa Rosa.

With Miami and Panama City cracking down on the shenanigans, they tend to move to other low key places such as Seaside, WaterColor and even Orange Beach, Gulf Shores. If what you are saying is true, and I doubt it, it would be very sad, as Seaside has always been a family favorite.
