You don't think it would be harder to get recruits to go to a school that's male only? The whole point of being on the football team is getting laid.

You won the Sugar Bowl during your ‘96-‘97 Natty. Not the specific Natty game. Do you have only won two natty games. LSU has won 3 natty games (‘03, 07, 19).

I think Florida, UGA and LSU are the programs with most potential.
All three have won big but at the same time underachieved. These teams not having more NC is a surprise.
A pretender like A&M not winning anything shouldn’t be surprising.

People tend to forget that Florida was “national championship” level good in 1984-1985 with a record of 18-2-2 (9-1-1) both years.

LSU has not underachieved. They are in a state that is slightly bigger than Mississippi and they have won 4 nattys and 12 SEC championships.

It was the SWC…they were offering jobs, cars, farms, business opportunities, etc. Kids back then went where their parents told them.

Who the hell has pointed to Bear Bryant? Do you even know his record? He was 25–14–2 at A&M. He was only there 3 seasons. Most of the ‘30s were uneventful too. What the hell are you even talking about? Do you know?
My point is A&M wasn’t the same institution in 1960 as it is today in many respects and certainly with regard to revenue and spending. If you want to believe otherwise, by all means, go die on that hill alone.

LSU is 1 SEC title short of being tied with UGA and Tennessee for 2nd place. And LSU has more NCs than UGA. 4 claimed consensus NCs and 5 others we could claim if we were like Bama.
LSU has SEC titles in every decade except the 40s and 90s.
Can make the case that LSU is the 2nd most historically strong SEC program behind Bama.
So get out of here with this shite.

So 1970? Just make up your mind. Whatever year you choose for a male Aggy athletic program of the major or slightly major category, there’s a goose egg for any brag worthy accomplishment on the national scale.
Football? Nope
Basketball? Nope
Baseball? Nope
Start at whatever year tickles your fancy…for a school that claims superiority over all in regards to money and facilities, you have absolutely nothing to show for it. Nada.

UGA hasn't won "many more" SEC titles as UF. UGA has won 13 and UF has won 9 on the field of play. UF has won 15 SEC East titles and UGA has won 11. According to ncaa.com UF has won 3 national titles and UGA has won 2.
Since the SEC split into divisions, especially, UF has produced more than UGA has.
