Most suspect MNC champions of all time

I'll go with 1998 UTk. Had to have a miracle vs the Hawgs. Beat FSU by only one score even with the Seminoles starting Marcus "Can't Throw The" Outzen

Trick plays, injury-inducing hurry up, players faking injuries, no allegations of paying players, needing 1 second crazy awesome endings to beat mediocre teams - it all adds up to a suspect MNC champion that should barely be top 15.

They also won their first game of the season on a last second FG against Syracuse.. But it's hard to say an SEC team that went undefeated is the most suspect... First things first, Which MNC team had the most losses at season's end ? That team is probably the most suspect.
