chris porter is the only auburn basketball player that i have ever liked, besides barkley.

Personally, I am sure they solicited MSU because that street agent said he had a dirty money connection through John Bond. Since that guy had no connections at Auburn, that deal never happened.

Know what...? I didn't like him because he was having an all-world season and showboating. Not a lot else. I had totally gotten him confused with Dontae' Jones from Miss. State. That's the guy I was thinking about. Passed something like 37 hours in one summer session to become eligible.

Hated Tebow when he was at Florida, because the media wouldn't shut up about him. You couldn't watch a game without having to hear his name 50 million times. That had nothing to do with him.
He's a great guy and wish him the most success.
Now as for Cam Newton. Hated him, and it had nothing to do with his talent, and still do today, and more success is not what I wish for him.

I like Cam Newton. He's been through a lot of shite and still manages to pull through and play great. Personally, I still believe he took the money, I just could care less at this point since he got cleared by the NCAA.
