Agreed...loved watching him play. Gangly dude with 20 yard strides...running a 4.3 and looking slow doing it. I remember him getting around the edge and Carlos Rogers was the last man to beat and had the angle on him...but barely made a shoe string tackle. Later Jones said that his ankle was slightly sprained and that Carlos wouldn't have caught him if he was healthy. Carlos Rogers is a Pro Bowl NFL corner.

I know. Now, I actually love to watch the guy play when he's in the zone. Fairley could really piss me off at times but he's so articulate and photogenic at times that it's hard to stay mad.

I hate Van Tiffin for one play.
I hated Wilber Marshall for... well, for being low-down, dirty, cheap-shotting Wilber Marshall for eternity.
Plus, Van gave us Leigh, so he kind of made up for it.
