The mayor of Helena, Arkansas was stealing money from the city and didn't go to jail back when he was a member of the city council.

The city has no clean water as they refused to a hire a qualified candidate that knew how to treat the water. Instead they underpaid the position and the city council voted themselves raises.

McCurtain #1 - hard to argue it. Only reason my hometown is bad is bc it borders this hell hole.

Normally, one would never try to compete in a corruption game with the likes of Arkansas, Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi, who are probably the most corrupt states in the history of our country’s short life, putting them in the runnings of the most corrupt places on earth.

McCurtain Co needs to be heard. This place is special. Extra.
Somehow it’s a tourist trap now.

So is Gaza.

I don't have much opinion on these, but I lived here as a kid and lets just say you were expected to act and be a certain way:

6 - Cullman County, Alabama

you right you right - the generational stranglehold legendary - we could probably add the whole 14th Judicial Circuit and the 4 other counties that comprise it along with Hampton -

I've always gotten a sense of entering a time warp or a twilight zone episode when I venture to Marlboro County too - though my experiences were only for traffic court

Apparently I missed the nomination thread, but how in the green hell is Jefferson County, AL not on this list? Biggest bankruptcy in the history of the country.
