Tenn or Coastal by a lot. This Georgia team is fine they don’t any of the stupid horseshite those other 2 did.

This probably has to with who the coach was at Tenn during that time period, I don't think he was cherry picking a time frame for specifically when LSU was good. No one but tenner fans like Vitello anyways - he is a douchebag, no way around it.
ETA - There was some shite with Tenn's players during that time period too, I don't remember exactly what it was, but they were acting quite arrogant and douchey as well

I'm tired of getting kicking in the nuts by Georgia but why are they an "unlikeable team"?
I don't like the Oregons, USCs, UCLAs of the world. But that has more to do with how I feel about California in general.

I remember one way overreacting to a call, then getting thrown out of the game, then making a scene during that, too. They did a lot of bat flipping, gesturing etc. They definitely earned the vitriol, ans what made it worse on here, was Tennessee fans embracing and celebrating it.
I hope, if we continue our success Georgia players don't do that. I mean, you can always expect one or two do something, but the team as a whole. I hate what baseball has become with the chain wearing, gimmicks in the dugout after a homerun and gestures on the basepaths after a double or HR. Unfortunately, it has infected all of baseball at pretty much every level including the majors.

Me neither. This year's UGA team reminds me of the 1997 Alabama and LSU teams that both had a bunch of great hitters and a couple of big time home run hitters. UGA has a little deeper bullpen than both those team.
Those two teams and this year's UGA team hit for average and home runs like crazy but all three do it/did it in a business like manner.
The 1997 Bama and LSU teams were at the tail end of the gorilla ball era. That Alabama team blew past the prevuous seasonal home run record up to that point only to have that same LSU team reset the seasonal record total by about 15 homers that season.
The 1997 Alabama/LSU baseball season was like the 2011 Alabama/LSU football season in reverse. Alabama won the regular season baseball series with LSU that year including a 28-2 win but LSU won the CWS national title game rematch against #1 seed Alabama.

I don’t think this is warranted - we been college baseball fans since the 90s, when none of yall paid attention to it - it was all we had - after being crazy bout curly - so we embraced it
