If LSU was 3-5 right now, we still wouldn't win by more than 3. I hate this game and have just come to accept the fact that it will be close for he foreseeable future. I would love to run the score up and to worry about this game come the fourth quarter but it will not happen. I think Bama wins it it will be undecided late in the fourth.

For Bama/LSU a 10 point win is a curb stomping. This year Bama will skullfrick LSU into oblivion.

That is pretty much why I clarified my choice of words. LS beat us 35-21 and other than the first quarter, it was not curb stomping. We just got down too far, too fast.

LSU/Bama play some tight games and both programs have been strong. Bama will win this game by at least two TD's. Possibly more. I don't see LSU scoring much more than 17

Some long passes will be given up because Bama will put pressure on Mett and force him to make dangerous throws and he will get a few but I dont expect Hill to run all over us either.

Wow! There will not be a curb stomping take place. It is never accurate or fair to compare effort of one game vs another. Ole Miss played a mentally unprepared LSU team. That won't be the case in this game. Bama will play the best all around offense they have faced all season. Scoring will not be an issue for either team, penalties and special teams will be the game changer.

LSU 35-31

This game has been tight since Saban arrived at
Bama(except BCS game) Nothing these teams
Are doing really suggest it will be any different.
It will go down to 4th quarter as always.
Bama wins by a field goal.

You could say the same thing about the AU/ LSU game. We got down quick then rebounded.

Loses are loses…

LSU should not have loss to Ole Miss. Plain and simple

Bama won't let you score. Unfortunately for LSU and everyone else, their defense is getting better and better every week.

Ole Miss beat LSU while dominating them statistically on offense and scored a grand total of ZERO points on Alabama.

LSU was able to muster ZERO points against Ole Miss in the first half against effectively their second string and was able to generate 14 or their total 24 points off of short fields from turnovers.

I think Bama winning by 30+ is a very realistic possibility.
yep that's what I think.

This. Every regular season game is tight with LSU. I expect it to come down to the wire.

LSU is the very easy bet here. A closer bet would have been Bama by 16+ vs an LSU win.

neither. miles won't open the passing game unless he has to, and he'll have to as bama will score early. like it or not, lsu has a dangerous passing game if they use it, but it's not miles comfort zone.

so if bama scores early and gets the lead, lsu will chase them. of course, if they take a lead, miles will ease back into his comfort offense, and keep the game close.

bama will win by between 1-17, most likely, unless there are a lot of unforced errors.

this is miles/lsu vs bama. lsu could win.

I hope all the fans think like this.

Are you a closet bammer? You got whipped by LSU and will get throttled by Bama!

We took Johnny Reb for granted! Because you're not that good ... But, next year in Tiger Stadium, not so lucky ...

Does my opinion threaten you? I am in no way trashing LSU. Does intelligent conversation bother you?

This is intelligent? Not threatened at all. Just saying, if Texas AM had zero trouble scoring, LSU will not either, especially with 5 possible first rounders. Hill, Landry, Collins, OBJ, Mett. Our defense won't stop the run, but to say we don't score is not very intelligent.

They have the best defense in football. And improving every single week. They have not even let a TD go by in like 5 games. TAM was a long time ago. They are much better now and seemed more focused.

Trust me, I will be pulling for LSU with every fiber. But in the end, the LSU offense is not going to score much on them. You guys seem to regress as the season goes on. Mett will have to be perfect to score on that defense.

It is what it is…

Are you saying this in more "general terms", like it's going to be hard to score...Or that we seriously will not score one point?
