Before week 1 I would have said GT vs UT. But GT looked like arse at home vs Deion.

I’m leaning Bama vs UK. 2nd year QB first away game against a team with a new coach.

I don’t think Arizona State will have the OL to get a W vs A&M. I also think the -14 spread is little too much. Could see 27-17 game

A&M vs Arizona.
Sun devils may be the most overlooked team in the country. Year before last they were a good ranked team, had some key player injuries in 2025, that hurt the team and win record. They know how to play the big games. Dillingham is one of the best young coaches in college football. He turned down Michigan. They have two NFL coming high draft pick receivers, a good young, if inexperienced QB. They picked a good LSU player in the portal in 2024. This game more than most will be determined by both teams linemen on both sides of the ball. Who controls the LoS. They have a good team. If this game wasn’t in Kyle Fiejd…I’d be even more worried. Kyle should be rocking with the Red, White and Blue celebrations and game.

A&M/AZ State.

AZ State hung 70 point in three quarters. Even if that is a FCS that is a lot of offense

Bama and Kentucky. Still breaking in a very talented but new QB on his first sec road game will be tough.

UK is the popular pick.

But, I don't think any of those games end up being close at all.

No one knows for sure because every year the only thing that hasn’t changed in CFB is week 1 overreactions. That said Keelon is obviously extremely talented but it’s a road game in the sec against a program who has had life in 2 decades. They are fired up.

Of those 3, Bama-UK most likely to be closest.

Arizona State can beat A&M if we frick around. They are less talented, yes, but they have a great program and have serious offensive talent.

In order for us to win, he will have to make some mistakes. Can we contribute to that? Time will tell. I know I’m looking forward to it though. Lexington is buzzing right now and the environment should be electric.

I hate to say it, but it’s probably Bama/Kentucky. Kentucky has a lot of weapons on offense and a pretty solid looking o-line. Their defensive front looks pretty good too. I’m not sure that there is an easy out in this conference this season. Arkansas, Vandy, Mizzou, and maybe Miss St are probably going to be the “easiest” wins, but none of them are bad. The QB at Miss St looks really good. Put these teams in the ACC, and they probably win 9-10 games.

The line is 10.5. Go for it.

It's Bama/Kentucky. This is exactly the kind of game that DeBoer just seems to forget is on the schedule until the other coaches call him to ask why he isn't at the airport.

I’m not trying to Lou Holtz it, but I won’t breathe easy about this one ‘til it’s over and we get the W.

ASU just scored 70 points and QB Cutter Boley threw for 387 yds and 6 TDs. Defensively, they went 8-5 last season and held 11 of their opponents to 24 points or fewer.

And we’re prone to stupid penalties, as well as losing games we should win. #BAS

I think Mizzou is underrated. Simmons is a solid QB and they have some WRs along with Roberts.

Miss State QB and Lebby will offensively keep them in every game

I mean, are you still Alabama, or what?

This is fricking Kentucky.

I will be pleasantly surprised if Bama UK is not a dogfight.
