Hard to believe that the officials on the sidelines called it a catch. I mean the receiver was airborne when he caught the ball and his entire body landed out of bounds, sheesh.

Its a CONSPIRACY!!! Who employs the refs? The SEC. Where is the SEC office? In Birmingham, Alabama. Where is Try located? Mother of god...they are from Alabama. This conspiracy is so complex, no mere mortal can comprehend it.

Don't forget about the missed fumble at the beginning of the 3rd and the dumb azz UR call in the 2nd.

What's the point of this thread? No rational person expects perfection from officials because that's not possible.

This is just a close call. It happens in every game, in every conference.

This topic reminds me of one of my kids crying that something "isn't fair." To which I always reply, "get used to it, a lot of things in life aren't fair." You have to grow up and suck it up and overcome the unfair stuff or you're going to lose.

Close call? did you watch the replay? the guy landed in the white. In no way was it close. Which was the point of the thread. Blown call.

I'm glad this game wasn't close! Damn, we give up enough yards in bounds.

I didn't see conspiracy mentioned in this thread.

Much more likely many years of GOBs networking their way into the ref positions at the cost of competence.

Looking at other conferences, they are having the same problems.

What we need is for the SEC to hire actual full time officials, professionals.

This play didn't cost us. We won the game by 36 points genius. I was pointing out how horrible the officiating is.

The ref thought his left toe touched the turf. The replay official couldn't dispute it. The announcers discussed it. They didn't think he touched but you can't tell that for certain because cameras don't give you depth perception.

The refs had to review what down it was after they marked of a false start penalty in the LSU-Tech game last night. How do that many guys lose track of that is beyond me.

Wait. So this bad call wasn't part of the conspiracy? I see, only bad calls in SEC games are part of the conspiracy. Bad calls in non-SEC games are just bad calls. Its just so hard to follow which calls are part of the conspiracy and which ones aren't...
