he may not wish to return to TX, but I am afraid that its not because he is upset about having been misrepresented on a website.

Ashamed IF he has wasted so much, but now I understand the character defects that were illustrated by he during his recruitment.

If you had people from your home state posting celebratory messages thinking you had ruined your life you would be pissed too!

Don't blame him at all for staying off twitter! The only thing he is going to steal is wins on the field!

Geoff Ketchum who started this, and Taylor Hamm who swallowed the hook are going to face repercussions.

My man, read my post again, and realize that YOUR fan base are the ones who started the Speedy talk, accusing him of being the one who did this.

Okay, so I'm not going to read 67 pages of this. Can anyone just tell me who murdered Mr. Boddy in what room, with what weapon?

In other words, a typical day in the world of sports message boards?

ETA: so begins speedy's 5th straight day of silence…..I invite anyone to go through his twitter and see if he had ever gone 5 days without tweeting/retweeting

Several times. He actually doesn't tweet that often. He's very streaky with it. I'm with you though, the silence right now is not helping anything.

The LSU 247 site is hilarious right now. Apparently, Noil was a kingpin drug dealer in Algiers, was the prime suspect in a murder, showed up high to last year's state championship game and A&M "took care" of some minor legal stuff to persuade him to commit here.

Because some are still very bitter he spurned LSU. Some story about him intentionally lying to your coaches or something.

This level of LSU animosity vs Speedy must mean he's pretty good.
