Easy, 12 is about as high as they can count. Past that, you're being mean

Not obsessed, there isn't much to talk about and this seemed like a pretty big story
The media is doing their best to hype Aggie and most of us feel like you guys haven't done shite to deserve it. So you get some backlash. if you beat LSU every once in a while you might even get a regional rival that respects you, unlike your historical brethren. We are hungry for a real rival and the best way to stick it to the Sips after a divorce is to replace them with a hotter partner.
However so far in this marriage Aggie is the wife and LSU is the man. So STTDB.

You A&M fans don't have thick enough skin for the SEC. Texas fans tried to warn us about y'all 2 years ago.

We don't have thick skin? We're sitting here fricking with you for the last 30 pages, and all y'all can do is take the bait.
I knew the Speedy departure of Louisiana hurt yall, but never did I imagine it was this bad.

I think it's fair to say that nobody likes the ags...I think they'd even tell you that. The major problem with that is they think no one likes them due to jealousy of their school, and more recently because of where they think their program is headed. I saw an ag on gigem say "ahhh it's great to be hated because you know we're doing something right." In REALITY, other schools (former big 12) and most of the SEC hate them because they're weird as shite and cultish losers. Yet they've deluded themselves into thinking it's because they're good and their school is just that awesome.

And there it finally is. An LSU fan making sense.
Manziel mania drove almost all of that. Even with so-so results last year, A&M was must-see TV because you just never knew what that crazy fool was going to do. I expect middle-of-the-pack media attention this year, unless dogs marry cats and A&M pulls off a shocker. But that's unlikely.
Ding, ding, ding. A&M badly needs to beat LSU soon to get this rivalry going. I really think it can be a good one, but it's up to A&M to make it happen. A premature Chavis retirement would definitely help. That guy is a damn genius. Bastard.
Thanks for not disappointing us.

I live in Houston and work with a ton of Aggies, I love them all. Easily the best fan base we deal with in the SECW IMHO
The Aggies I work with are honest, realistic and excited about the new possibilities in the SEC. They don't talk about the sips at all, like it is all in the past.
Converting the program from the B12 to the SEC takes some time but fortunately for them (and for LSU) the great southern migration is pouring population and money into Texas. The SEC having a team in this market is going to be huge for all of us, but especially Aggie and LSU. I believe that is going to be the best way to turn the tables on the SEC office bias towards the Gumps.
Also I anchored this thread because it has run its course. It was fun while it lasted
