Missouri has never been a rival to OU, that will never change.
Texas, OSU, and Nebraska are OUs only rivals.
Only SEC team I can see possibly becoming somewhat of a rival is maybe LSU.

OU was a massive, legendary cheater program in its hey day. Without flagrantly buying players, it’s a nothing program in a broke arse state.
