Were they supposed to say "we're scared"? get real.

Quarterback James Franklin even admitted so much after the game, saying he either pulled up, ducked or threw the ball away too quickly because after a while he just expected a Carolina defender to knock him into next week.

Seems like they're saying it now

I would be in total shock if Pinkel ever did that if Franklin can go. He is either extremely stubborn or stupid, hell more then likely both. This Offense has been sinking lower every year under Yost, it was only saved any face by playing bad teams and having a 1st round talent at QB for 2 years.

My point is that the guy our head coach is backing 100 percent is the guy who said he was scared to play ball.

On the other hand, our backup QB appears to be a baller. We know for certain he's a winner (close tuff win against Arizona State), and on his one and only drive in the South Carolina game, he scored our only touchdown and made it look fairly easy.

That guy...our backup QB...wants to win. Franklin doesn't. Get the hint, Pinkel.

Still think Franklin can do it. Still think Yost can get it done. Am I pissed with thier performance? Hell yes. But I could tell the only players realy imposing thier will on opponents are Lucas and Moe. When it takes two to three guys to bring you to the ground when you get the ball, thats imposing your will. Lucas is looking for a fight when he gets up after a tackle, thats attitude every player on that roster needs...He's not gonna be fricked with in the pile. Moe's just looking to crack some heads. With both those guys, it's one move and straight up the field right over whoever is in the way. Moe was hitting hard, via the blood comming from the forehead in that last game. These guys are giving it everything.

Franklin needs to suck it up and strap it on and give it hell. It's all about attitude and execution. He needs to get up field and stop the slide along the line shite. frickin go hit somebody! Look for the contact rather than expecting it.

IT'S GUT CHECK TIME....Check it Franklin, or get the hell outta the way! Corbin doesn't mind ring'n some bells.

You need to take this complaint to the Tiger Rant. They are better equipped to help you through this difficult time.

Good one, dawg. Have fun losing in the SEC championship game again. Sooooo close...but so far away too. What a disappointing paradox.

Your coach and player representatives at SEC media days sure were confident. "Y'all act like we have been playing a bunch of high school teams." "I've heard that in the SEC the speed is faster, the stadiums are bigger, and the girls are prettier." Followed by a chuckle. We've always tried to tell you that teams like Baylor and Oklahoma St don't play any defense. Now y'all are starting to get the picture.

This. Maybe they will understand now why we were so excited with Petrino and why we now feel fricked. You better have a top 3 coach or a top 3 recruiting class. The only team in America that gets both is Bama.

the fact that any of you thought Franklin was anything but mediocre, is a testament to the fact that your team and fanbase had a lot to learn. Your coaches may be facing reality and hopefully will hit the recruiting trail for defensive players worthy of SEC play. And without a serviceable QB, you got no shot. Give the backup the rest of the snaps and bear this season.

What a joke. Excuse people for thinking a guy who threw for almost 3,000 yards and ran over defenses last year as a first year starter was gonna be good. Excuse us..

And anyone that has watched both of Mizzou's SEC games knows its not the defense that is lacking. Its funny when people that are supposed to know football are clueless.

Maybe you need an o-line for the spread to develop..

Maybe you need a qb that has some passion to run any offense..

Maybe you need a OC that played a competitive sport, ideally football, at some point in his life..

But yeah.. I'm a surface level thinking idiot.. burp.. that dang der spread ain't gonna work in dis here conference.

Oops.. did the spread win FLA a national champ.
