Undoubtedly the people who support homosexuality here are riding the current social/political climate and would be doing just the opposite 40 or 50 years ago because they have no core beliefs in which to base their view of right and wrong.

I think since religious implications are being touched on in this thread it is important to note how the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster views homosexuality:
"I received a vision from the Flying Spaghetti Monster this evening while (as is often the case) I was cooking a grilled cheese sandwich. During His appearance He told me that homosexuals are gay because He has touched them with His noodley appendage. This is the reason that “experts” have had so much difficulty pinpointing what makes someone gay. And since gays and lesbians have been chosen by Him, to deny them the right to get married is an abomination in His eyes (meatballs)."
And there you have it. We are all touched by His noodley appendage. Ramen.

But if some people were gay and others weren't, maybe we wouldn't overpopulate and run out of resources. There is biology to support it. Didn't God create mankind in his own likeness? How then, does none explain gays?

For those claiming all who are against homosexuality are bigots, do you agree with everything your children do? Does being against some of their decisions make you a bigot?
Yes, HATING Michael Sam or treating him poorly because he is gay makes one a bigot. Disagreeing with one thing about him does not.
People who insist all who dont agree with homosexuality are bigots are just as likely to be bigots themselves.
Personally, IDGAF what you believe about it as long as it doesnt lead you to treat others poorly...and that goes both ways.

After reading the article and watching his interview, and reading the tweets out there...I'm really proud of Mizzou and it's football program. All those guys have known since August, many have known for years. And it never mattered. And no one talked about it. He was still a leader, someone everyone in the locker room looked up to. That says a lot about the character on the team.
