So how does being more serious melt a foot of snow?

I don't have to go too far back in history to find when LSU was pathetic in football (for more than just the one season Mizzou was bad) and was pathetic at basketball. Baseball, I'll give you.

GA has an MLB team, FL has an MLB teams.
UGA and UF are serious about college baseball, and that's what they control. Mizzou doesnt have anything to do with the STL Cards. Just something you have to be to be a fit in this conference.

LSU had a down period in the 1990s but our football history is very good outside of that. Pretty poor comparison. Basketball has been the #3 sport here for a long time but we still have 4 final fours, last checked, that's 4 more than Mizzou has.
Mizzou's athletic dept needs a complete overhaul. You just dont belong in this conference as it stands and it's blatantly obvious.

Strange, I was looking at some documents the SEC released in accordance the Freedom on Information act that said the same thing
